Business Problem

The current process of manually creating pre-approval letters for loans is challenging. It is slow and painful for all the stakeholders involved in the process. The current processes translate to lost opportunities for Buyers and Realtors equally.

Solution

Loan and Mortgage is a new domain for us to work in. We understood the domain and coded the app to enable the client to better manage their pre-approval process.
Our team conducted complex calculations to create a solution where homebuyers could easily generate pre-approval letters and simplify the sales process.
On the other hand, we enabled realtors and buyers to ease the process of purchase. Buyers can access the application through a password send by their Loan officer and can send the letter directly to their realtor.
