Business Problem

Earlier, the customers struggled to keep track of home healthcare providers and ensure the proper treatment was given. At the same time, there was an increase in Medicaid fraud due to the lack of a reliable bill tracker.

There was a lack of clarity in determining caregivers' compensation based on the number of client visits. Additionally, there was an increasing demand to offer caregivers the option of taking Live-in appointments for an extended duration. Implementing IVR integration for offline visits and utilising Bluetooth Beacon Tracking was also necessary.

Project Goal

  1. The EVV from Tntra can plan appointments, keep track of billing, and more.
  2. A BLE beacon is installed at the client's location for the caregiver to scan while providing service.
  3. Payroll administration for managing remuneration based on scheduled and unscheduled visits.
  4. An audit log for each action the caregivers took.

Solution

  1. Tntra EVV system has been designed such that home care organisations can monitor billing, plan appointments, track caregiver visits, ask for alerts and notifications, and check the reports the caregiver submitted.
  2. Real-time tracking of the caregiver's visit to a client and the current location using BLE Beacons.
  3. Based on the specifics of the caregivers' scheduled and unscheduled client visits, the agencies can regulate the caregivers' pay.
  4. The system can produce several reports, including Hourly / Live-in Scheduled visits, Hourly / Live-in Unscheduled visits, and Checklists.
  5. The EVV mobile app enabled check-in and check-out capabilities to confirm the caregiver's visit, as well as a timesheet and worksheet to list the tasks performed throughout the visiting period.
