Roles & Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Find potential candidates from niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Interview potential candidates using various methods
- Coordinate with IT department leads to forecast hiring needs
- Participate in technical conferences to network with IT professionals
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1-year experience in technical recruitment
- Well-versed with the usage of job portals such as LinkedIn
- Should be comfortable with vendor management
- Good communication skills
Required Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with different interview formats
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
