Getting Started in the Tech Industry

My journey in the tech industry began as an intern at BoTree Technologies – a Tntra company, where I was introduced to the fundamentals of software engineering. This experience laid the groundwork for my career, sparking a deep passion for technology that continues to drive me today.

Joining Tntra: A Motivating Environment

What truly motivated me to join Tntra was the people and the organizational culture. The environment here is incredibly supportive, offering ample opportunities for growth and excellence. From the very beginning, the team at Tntra has been by my side, celebrating every critical delivery and achievement. I started my journey at Tntra as a Python developer, and the company culture provided me with the perfect platform to work on challenging projects that pushed my limits and enhanced my skills.

Memorable Projects and Experiences

One of the most memorable projects I have worked on at Tntra in ERP project. This project has left a lasting impression on me, as we managed every aspect of it with care and enjoyment. As a Senior Tech Lead, my primary responsibilities include guiding the team through the entire process—from understanding features to delivering them to clients. Collaborative pair programming sessions are an integral part of our workflow, helping the team learn and solve issues effectively.

Current Projects and Challenges

Currently, I am deeply involved in the ERP project, which continues to present new learning opportunities every day. Meeting project deadlines and collaborating with the team to ensure we meet all requirements involves extensive research and development, making it a challenging yet rewarding experience for my life at Tntra.

Overcoming Challenges

When the ERP project started, we faced the challenge of understanding the domain and converting the system from desktop applications. However, with the support of Parth Barot, Devang Hingu, Uttam Patel, and the entire team, we overcame these obstacles. Their support has been invaluable, and I am grateful for it.

Achievements and Milestones

One of the achievements I am most proud of is my journey from an intern to a team lead at Tntra. This transition has been incredibly rewarding, and the sense of accomplishment I feel from contributing to Tntra’s success is a significant milestone in my career.

Staying Updated and Implementing Innovations

To stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, I actively collaborate with colleagues, participate in discussions, share knowledge, and read industry-related blogs and publications. One innovative solution we implemented at Tntra was a permission matrix generator for the ERP project. This tool significantly reduced the time needed to create and validate permission matrices, streamlining the PR review process.

The company has provided me with numerous growth opportunities, starting from an internship position and eventually allowing me to take on a leadership role within the team. Looking ahead, I aspire to become a machine learning engineer, utilizing my expertise to make significant contributions to Tntra and the community. I aim to use my machine-learning skills to tackle real-world problems and innovate solutions that have a positive impact.
